Jude Law welcomes fifth child, first with ex Catherine Harding

It’s baby No. 5 for Jude Law -- the English actor has welcomed a little girl to his ever-expanding brood.

“I can confirm the arrival of Jude Law and Catherine Harding’s daughter,” a rep for the Grand Budapest Hotel” actor told the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday. “Both are delighted and continue to ask that their privacy and that of their child be respected.”

No additional birth details were made available.

When the pregnancy was announced in October, his rep told People mag that he and the 23-year-old were “no longer in a relationship,” but were “both wholeheartedly committed to raising their child.”

Harding, a.k.a. Cat Cavelli, is an Ireland native and aspiring singer-songwriter who appeared years ago on the British version of “The X Factor,” according to previous reports.

The two got together last summer while Law was on location for “Spy” in the Czech Republic, and she reportedly relocated closer to Law in London’s Hampstead Village, according to the Daily Mail.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actor, 42, has three kids with ex-wife Sadie Frost: sons Rafferty, 18, Rudy, 12, and daughter Iris, 14. Law and Frost split in 2003 after six years of marriage. The “Sherlock Holmes” actor also has a 5-year-old daughter, Sophia, with model Samantha Burke.

The actor was previously engaged to his “Alfie” costar Sienna Miller, but the two split in 2006 after he apologized for cheating on her with his children’s nanny and she cheated on him with “Skyfall” star Daniel Craig. The messy on-off saga was resurrected in headlines last year during News Corp.’s News of the World phone-hacking trial proceedings.
