Sure, you’ve seen him take off his shirt in 17 different magazines, your DVD of “17 Again” is scratched from repeat viewings, and you sneak listens to the “High School Musical 2” soundtrack when you think no one’s around. But how well do you really know Zac Efron?

With the embattled star’s anticipated comedy “Neighbors” set to hit theaters, we decided to comb the available, er, literature about the Z man to see what he was really about.

And it turned out that, though Efron has a kind of universal charm and appeal, he’s not really like most stars out there today. So with that in mind we devised a few questions about his life and views.
