Don Cornelius, the creator and voice of "Soul Train," has died at age 75. Police found the TV icon dead in his home from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Sources say there were no signs of foul play.

ITS A SAD LOSS FOR THE MUSIC WORLD...HE PAVED THE WAY FOR MANY ARTIST TO BE HEARD WORLD WIDE

I remember waking Saturday morning and watching the J5 cartoon then when that went off,Soul Train came on. "Peace,love and Soul" is a phrase that I grew up with. I want to thank Mr. Don for the fond childhood memories of artist I would have never seen in person but I saw every Saturday morning. YOU WILL TRULY BE MISSED
