Jimmy Fallon's "Tonight Show" lip-sync battles are becoming the stuff of legend, but "Amazing Spider-Man 2" star Emma Stone arrived Monday night not to compete but to win.
Fallon may have brought spectacular moves to his songs, but Stone remembered that the power of the lip-sync is in actually lip-syncing and her two song choices, "Hook" by Blues Traveler and "All I Do Is Win" by DJ Khaled, showed off her ability to keep up with even the fastest lyrics.
Fallon, meanwhile, mugged his way through Iggy Azalea's "Fancy" and robot-danced through Styx's "Mr. Roboto." Stiff competition, for sure. Stone called Fallon a "worthy competitor."
Fallon may want to reserve his battles for those closer to his age. His lip-syncing left him winded, while Stone admitted she full-on sang along to the Blues Traveler song.
At first things seemed close, as Fallon admitted he'd completely forgotten about the Blues Traveler song, but at the end of the competition, Stone had mopped the floor with her host.
"That was the one best that's ever been done on the show!" Fallon cheered at the end as he declared Stone the definitive winner of the contest.
