SpongeBob SquarePants: In the new episode “It’s a SpongeBob Christmas!” SpongeBob inadvertently helps Plankton get all the citizens of Bikini Bottom on Santa’s naughty list (8 p.m. Nickelodeon).

Beauty and the Beast: Vincent (Jay Ryan) agrees to a shot of endorphins and sedatives that causes him to remember the DNA-altering injection he received in Afghanistan in this new episode (9 p.m. KTLA).

Grey’s Anatomy: Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) asks Heather (Tina Majorino) to go above and beyond to try to heal Derek’s (Patrick Dempsey) hand, while a competition between Stephanie and Leah (Jerrika Hinton, Tessa Ferrer) —engineered by Cristina (Sandra Oh) — puts Cristina’s patient in jeopardy in this new episode (9 p.m. ABC).

Parks and Recreation: Ron (Nick Offerman) is slated to receive an award for his handcrafted chair and brings Diane and Leslie (Lucy Lawless, Amy Poehler) along to the awards dinner, where they’re dismayed to find Tammy II (Megan Mullally) also in attendance in this new episode (9:30 p.m. NBC).

Sweet Genius: Chef Ron gives the contestants some big surprises, including a yuletide pudding and a classic candy as ingredients, in this new holiday-themed episode (10 p.m. Food).

Rock Center With Brian Williams: This new episode features interviews with Apple’s CEO Jim Cook and director Peter Jackson (“The Hobbit”) (10 p.m. NBC).

In Vogue: The Editor’s Eye: In celebration of Vogue magazine’s 120th anniversary, several of editors explore the cultural influence of the magazine over a century of changing trends in fashion, photography and feminism. Interviews include Nicole Kidman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Hamish Bowles, Alber Elbaz, Nicolas Ghesquiere, Marc Jacobs and Vera Wang (9 p.m. HBO).
