Roland Mouret, known for feminine, fitted dresses, is creating a capsule women’s collection for Banana Republic, the retailer announced via news release Monday. The collection will be notable for using “the Banana Republic Sloan fabric... a unique blend of rich, bi-stretch fabric, which creates a ‘magic’ fit that shapes through figure-flattering silhouettes,” the news release said. The collection, ranging in price from $49.50 for a belt to $165 for a dress, will be available in August.
