Heroin was "likely to have played a role" in Peaches Geldof's death, according to the results of an inquest. Toxicology reports showed the 25-year-old socialite and television personality had the drug in her system when she died suddenly last month. [Los Angeles Times]

Fashion designer Marc Jacobs is known for showing up at public events wearing skirts, dresses, pajamas ....but he says he will follow the white-tie dress code for Monday night's Met Gala. [Cut]
