Kanye West brought traffic on West 27th Street to a standstill at noon Wednesday, when crowds clogged the sidewalks hoping for a glimpse of celebrity arrivals at his spring Yeezy show.

Kim Kardashian, with baby North West in her lap, Lorde, Common, Kendall Jenner, Courtney Love, Riccardo Tisci, Michael Strahan, Seth Meyers and Debbie Harry were in the star-stacked front and second row, to check out West’s second sportswear collaboration with Adidas.

In her 2-year-old babbling phase, North West stole the show, chattering throughout in the most adorable way about “Daddy this” and “Daddy that,” squirming in Kim’s lap next to Anna Wintour, and sucking on a lollipop. North West and Mommy Kim both were wearing pieces from Daddy’s collection in earthen tones.

‎The runway show, choreographed with the help of artist Vanessa Beecroft, was a series of drills, which had “sergeants” bringing models out in groups, including model-stylist-street style-disruptor Ian Connor, smoking a vape all the way down the runway.

The soft, streety, layered sportswear for men and women had a military vibe. Think sweats with attitude, as well as flak jackets, duster coats, cool-looking wide-leg sweatpants that zipped up the sides and flesh-toned body shapers (an ode to Kim?). On the feet were desert boot-inspired sneakers, sure to be an immediate sellout, and groovy sock boots.

The show ended with a good beat. “I feel it; I feel it’s fate,” the song went. And the front row felt it, too, with Common head-bopping, Courtney Love toe-tapping and North West dancing.

‎”[He] has a really great style point of view,” said Humberto Leon, co-founder of the specialty store Opening Ceremony, which will receive its first full Yeezy Adidas delivery in stores next month.

‎The spring 2016 Yeezy collection hits stores next year.
