Billboard Music Awards: Kylie, Kendall Jenner booed; Kanye West bleeped

Balmain announces H&M collaboration at Billboard Music Awards

In happier news, Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing used the occasion to announce a collaboration with fast fashion retailer H&M, posing with Kendall Jenner and Jourdan Dunn on the red carpet as they all wore outfits from collection, which is slated to be released to the public Nov. 5. [WWD]

"Mad Men" is a wrap but even now we're fascinated with the clothes. Costume designer Janie Bryant revealed that not only did she shop vintage to come up with so many of those '60s looks, she also received lots of donations from people who lived through the era and wanted to contribute to the show.
