Maria Sharapova, CFDA celebrate Fashion Targets Breast Cancer

Tennis star Maria Sharapova (clad in a pink dress by Marc Jacobs), the Council of Fashion Designers of America and Porsche co-hosted a cocktail party Wednesday night celebrating the 20th anniversary of Fashion Targets Breast Cancer. Gwyneth Paltrow, wearing a bikini, took the Ice Bucket Challenge, and called out her “consciously uncoupled” husband Chris Martin, fashion designer Stella McCartney and actress Cameron Diaz to pour ice water over themselves, too. [People]

T magazine’s “by the numbers” looks at Vogue and, among other things, finds that editor in chief Anna Wintour has a rumored $200,000-a-year clothing allowance, 93% of the covers in the last five years have featured celebrities and Amber Valletta is Wintour’s favorite cover model (she’s been on 17 of them).
