Michelle Obama's ruby-colored, Jason Wu-designed second inauguration ball gown has gone on loan to the Smithsonian Institution for at least a year. Usually the Smithsonian exhibits gowns worn only at first inaugurations, but this dress has drawn so much interest, the institution is making an exception. [Chicago Tribune]
