Rachel Zoe-Jennifer Meyer jewelry collection launches Tuesday

Designer and celebrity fashion stylist Rachel Zoe is adding a new e-commerce component to her fashion website, the Zoe Report.

Launching Tuesday, the Zoe Collective features limited-edition capsule collections from her favorite brands and designers.

Jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, a longtime friend of Zoe, has created the first collection for the website –- a line of three bracelets, three necklaces and three pairs of earrings, all based on Meyer’s good-luck-charm designs from her own collection. Prices range from $135 for a single 18-karat-gold-and-diamond horseshoe stud to $280 for an 18-karat-gold-and-diamond elephant necklace

At a Chateau Marmont dinner celebrating the collaboration last week, Zoe didn’t shy away from wearing nearly every piece from Meyer’s Zoe Collective capsule line. She wore lucky-eye pendants, dainty horseshoe charms and gold elephant studs, along with a few older Meyer items she’s collected over the years.

“I am a very superstitious person,” Zoe said of her layers of good-luck charms. “I’m really into zodiac signs.” Zoe, a double Virgo, seems to have luck on her side and her sights set on a string of strong collaborations to come.

“We’re going to do everything,” she said of upcoming products in the Zoe Collective. “Clothing, bags, jewelry, lifestyle. Everything.”

Each collection will be available on the Zoe Report for no more than a month and feature designs exclusive to the site.

“We’re bringing items to our readers that they can’t get anywhere else,” Zoe said, “and at a better price point. I hope people buy Jen’s line like hotcakes. Or buy it like jewelry!”
