Chef Antonio Guida, of the Michelin-starred restaurant at Il Pellicano Hotel in Porto Ercole, Tuscany, will be checking in to Sunset Tower Hotel next month. He’ll be cooking Mediterranean dishes alongside Tower Bar executive chef Matthew Hougland for one week only. From March 8 to 14, Guida and Hougland will prepare a four-course tasting menu that evokes the traditional flavors of Guida’s motherland.

Menu items will include roasted lobster with masala, hazelnut oil couscous and a bisque of Moscato; ravioli filled with goat’s cheese and lemon-mint sauce; a grilled John Dory fillet with sautéed sea whelks and pastina of anchovies; and for dessert, roasted and raw coriander flavored pineapple with its sorbet, Breton sable, coconut and tapioca mousse with blueberry sauce.

The tasting menu is $130 per person. Call for reservations.
