It's still bone chillingly cold outside and what better way to stay warm than with a bowl of soup? Our Monday morning #Weekendeats chat participants were able to brave the weekend chill with hearty soups. Here are some of the highlights:
Beth Lee from the blog Omgyummy shared a photo of her calamari with spicy garlic and lemon broth, while Mary Allen from the blog 2 Sense LA shared a recipe and photos for her Roman style egg soup, stracciatella.
Sarene Wallace, from the magazine "805 Living" shared a photo for her squash and parsnip soup with sumac and pomegranate molasses, reader Dermie shared a photo of Jerusalem artichoke soup with crispy chorizo and Diablo restaurant in Silver Lake shared a photo of its La Flama Blanca Pazole.
