Singer Pink is the latest CoverGirl celebrity brand ambassador. Her “appointment” to the post was announced Monday in Santa Monica. [WWD] (Subscription required.)

New details are out about the dress Natalie Portman wore when she married choreographer Benjamin Millepied on Saturday. The 1950s-reminiscent tea-length dress reportedly was designed by Rodarte. Not a surprise, because the label’s design team, Kate and Laura Mulleavy, designed some of the costumes for “Black Swan,” upon whose set the couple met and fell in love. [Just Jared]

For “Hunger Games” fans, Target is cranking things up a notch with an assortment of collectibles that reportedly will be released around the same time that the DVD of the first movie in the series goes on sale Aug. 20. But these are not your usual Target items. There’s a 14-carat Mockingjay pin, for instance, priced at $999; a leather replica of heroine Katniss’ hunting jacket for $349; plus an assortment of other things such as lunch boxes, pillowcases and backpacks that one can only imagine will be priced more in line with Target’s usual value-consciousness. Later this month, Lucky magazine plans to launch a shopping site, myluckymag.com, which will allow consumers to shop for recommended items at a variety of retailers, including Macy’s and Sephora, without leaving the Lucky site. Tavi Gevinson, the 16-year-old all-star fashion blogger and entrepreneur, is making it to the big screen. She’s already done a voice role for an animated feature. Now she’s been cast in an as-yet untitled film by writer-director Nicole Holofcener. Her fellow cast members reportedly include acting heavyweights Julia Louis-Dreyfus, James Gandolfini, Catherine Keener and Toni Collette. [Hollywood Reporter]
