European designers are opening outposts here in droves. A new boutique crops up in a different neighborhood each week, with a whole new point of view on West Coast style. Neckisses by Lexi L.A. designer Lexi Craven launches her newest collection of haute twist-a-beads (remember those from the 1980s?) with a shop-in-shop at the Cabana boutique. Her designs incorporate semiprecious stones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and beads.
