Churro Borough x Mexicali Taco, Roberta’s chef at Alma, Demitasse dessert pop-up

Churro Borough, purveyor of churro ice cream sandwiches, will pop up at Mexicali Taco & Co. on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., featuring ice cream flavors from dessertery Ramekin. Ice cream flavors have included vanilla, chocolate, espresso chocolate, horchata, orange creamsicle, strawberry buttermilk and more. Mexicali Taco & Co., 702 N. Demitasse hosts two evenings of dessert and coffee pairings by chef Sean Panzer (a former L.A. Times Test Kitchen intern).
