How to make Turkish-style coffee

Turkish coffee (sometimes known by other names, such as “Greek” coffee, depending on the region), is a very strong coffee made using very-finely ground coffee beans, sweetened if desired with a little sugar, and occasionally flavored with spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg or clove. The coffee is made using a small coffee pot known as a “cezve” or “ibrik”.
