Food and community: Apolis, a “socially motivated lifestyle brand that empowers communities,” will be hosting a summer speaking series with the first event scheduled June 18. “Italian Kitchen”: On Saturday, Fabio Viviani will be demoing recipes for meatballs, pork Milanese and tiramisu from his cookbook “Fabio’s Italian Kitchen” at both Firenze Osteria and Cafe Firenze.
