Rihanna sparkles at Concert for Valor

Rihanna wore a sparkly Tom Ford unitard to perform on the National Mall in Tuesday’s Veterans Day Concert for Valor. And, unusual for her (remember the gown with pasties?), she was covered from neck to toes. [The Cut]

Myla Dalbesio, whose size 10 frame has sparked all kinds of comment over what it means to model and not be a size 0, said on the “Today” show Tuesday that she thinks Calvin Klein was “groundbreaking” when it used her, a “normal size,” in lingerie ads. [People]

Speaking of sizes, around 19,000 people have signed a petition on change.org calling for Old Navy to stop charging more for plus size women’s jeans than they do for regular sizes. The petition calls the practice sexist, since there is no price differential in men’s jeans of different sizes. [Racked]

Diane von Furstenberg celebrated publication of her new memoir, “The Woman I Wanted to Be,” at a reception at Michael Bloomberg’s New York foundation on Tuesday. Guests included Hillary Rodham Clinton, her daughter Chelsea, Ivanka Trump, Charlie Rose, Gayle King, Barbara Walters, Gloria Steinem and Andre Leon Talley.
