The ramen is $22 and comes with a Kirin Ichiban beer. Reservations and tickets are required. Email to purchase tickets. 8642 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills.

The new Howlin’ Ray’s Hot Chicken food truck will be at Barrel and Ashes in the San Fernando Valley on Monday. In addition to the regular Barrel and Ashes menu, Howlin’ Ray’s chef Johnny Zone will be serving hot chicken with white bread, pickles and a farmers market side for $12.

You can order your chicken Southern (no heat), mild or medium (touch of heat), hot (hot), howlin’ hot (even hotter) or “hotter than a goat’s ... in a pepper patch” (self-explanatory).
