Justin Bieber is on the move

If Justin Bieber has leased this circular glass house in Beverly Hills, we’re hoping he has a lot of Windex.

The latest asking price for the steel-ribbed fish bowl is $59,000 a month for long-term lease or an unspecified “different price” for short-term tenants.

Although TMZ is reporting that the lease is a done deal, Coldwell Banker listing agent Roza Mehdizadeh offered the Los Angeles Times a different story. The current owners, who bought the Ed Niles-designed contemporary this year for $10.5 million, have decided to move in themselves, she said.

The focal point of the house, built in 2009 and commissioned by developer Raffi Cohen, is a circular garden courtyard enclosed by soaring walls of glass. Set on a knoll with cityscape and ocean views, the three-level home takes its shape from a set of nested walls of rounded blue glass. The outer glass is part of the home’s exterior while the inner wall provides views of the courtyard.

The courtyard includes wedge-shaped lawns, a wedge-shaped patio and walkways of polished Portuguese blue marble. A central steel beam supports a fan-shaped lattice.

Sections of the glass walls open to the backyard and a sail-shaped infinity pool with a spa. The half-acre of parklike grounds has expanses of lawn.

Living spaces in the 6,537-square-foot home include dining and living rooms, a second-story family room, a breakfast bar, a bonus room, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. An aluminum cylinder houses an interior staircase, and there’s an elevator.

Garage space can accommodate seven cars.

The pop star recently moved out of a Beverly Hills condo building where he was leasing two entire floors at $80,000 a month for six months. Earlier this year he sold his house in a gated community in Calabasas for $7.2 million to reality TV personality Khloe Kardashian.

The teen idol has released an album annually for the last four years. Among his hits are “Boyfriend,” “Beauty and a Beat” and “As Long as You Love Me.”
