Major League Baseball pitcher Kyle Lohse has listed his estate in Scottsdale, Ariz., for sale at $3.925 million.

The Tuscan-style property, designed for formal entertaining and indoor-outdoor living, includes such custom features as a home theater with tiered seating, a putting green and a 900-square-foot pool and spa.

The 8,700-square-foot residence, in a guard-gated community nearby the Whisper Rock Golf Club, is entered through a front courtyard with a fountain. Cantera columns, arched ceilings and hand-carved details lend to the rustic ambiance of the home, which counts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Outdoors, a covered patio with exposed beams, a gas fireplace and an outdoor kitchen open onto the pool and spa. A separate ramada with a fireplace and a guesthouse also reside on the 2.87-acre grounds.

Lohse, 36, went 13-9 with a 3.54 ERA for the Brewers this season, his second in Milwaukee. He has also pitched for the Twins, Reds, Phillies and Cardinals over the course of 14 seasons.
