Actor Vince Vaughn dons the role of landlord in Hollywood Hills West

It’s hard to keep up with actor Vince Vaughn’s real estate doings. The “True Detective” star is looking for new tenants for the Hollywood Hills West home he bought a couple of years back from “Superman Returns” actress Kate Bosworth. The asking price is $12,500 a month.

He recently sold a house La Cañada Flintridge and owns other residential property in the Los Angeles and Chicago areas.

Set at the end of a long gated driveway with a coded entry system, the 1955 house was updated during Bosworth’s ownership. The house, with an open floor plan, features vaulted ceilings, white walls and hardwood floors.

A living room, den, dining area, remodeled kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder room are within the 2,890 square feet of interiors. Windows take in canyon views.

The more than half an acre of wooded grounds includes a lap pool, patio space and decks.

Vaughn, 44, has starred in such films as “Delivery Man” (2013), “Old School” (2003) and “Swingers” (1996). He will appear in the crime drama “Term Life,” set for release in April, and in the upcoming war movie “Hacksaw Ridge.”

Vaughn bought the property from Bosworth in 2014 for $2.375 million, public records show.

Karen Lower of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
