If the $10-million price tag was too high, perhaps a $3.5-million price cut will be enough to entice a buyer into grabbing late architect Zaha Hadid’s luxury condo in Miami.

Relisted for $6.5 million, the two-bedroom apartment is made up of two units combined.

The sleek space, located in the W South Beach luxury hotel, boasts Hadid’s stylistic touches such as metallic surfaces and curvaceous lines, and also includes all art and furniture. Floor-to-ceiling windows across the living spaces and bedrooms provide views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The main residence features 2,541 square feet, and the property also includes an adjacent studio apartment with a separate entrance.

Hadid bought the apartment for $2.79 million in 2010 and grabbed the adjacent studio for $1.38 million in 2015, records show.

Angelica Garcia and Ivan Chorney of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.

Hadid, who died of a heart attack in 2016 at the age of 65, was the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize. Her notable designs include the aquatic center for the 2012 London Olympics, the Riverside Museum in Glasgow and the Broad Art Museum in Michigan.
