Benji Davis swept at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-1, 6-0, and David Shlomi and Jason Zarrow swept at No. 1 doubles, 6-2, 6-4, 6-2, to lead visiting Milken (12-2).

Tristan Cordier swept, 6-3, 7-6, 6-3, at No. 1 singles for third-seeded Sage Hill (14-7), which will play Cate in the quarterfinals Tuesday. The Lightning swept all nine double sets. San Dimas finishes 16-1.

No. 1 singles Geoffrey Chivever swept, 7-5, 6-3, 6-1, and the No. 1 doubles team of Nigel Beckmeier and Josh Bernstein swept, 6-2, 6-3, 6-0, for visiting No. 2-seeded Viewpoint (18-2). Savanna is 12-9.

Whitney 15, Arrowhead Christian 3

Cale Planck, Jordan Colman and Vince Karlen dropped only eight games in their sweep in singles for top-seeded Palm Desert (20-1). Glendora finishes 12-5-1.

Douglas Taylor won, 6-1, 6-1, 6-1, and Tien Truong won, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4, in singles for visiting Savanna (12-8). Rosemead finishes at 13-2. Savanna will host second-seeded Viewpoint in the second round Thursday.

All three singles players swept for host fourth-seeded Villanova Prep (18-0). Western is 9-9.

Whitney 17, Bloomington 1
Brian Chen swept, 6-2, 6-1, 6-0, at No. 1 singles to lead host No. 1-seeded Whitney (19-3) over Bloomington (13-7).
