AT THE PLATE: With one out in the bottom of the ninth inning, top prospect Corey Seager doubled off the outstretched glove of Brewers center fielder Logan Schafer to drive in the winning run. An inning earlier, right fielder Kyle Jensen hit his second home run of the spring, a two-run blast to left field. Scott Van Slyke had a double.

ON THE MOUND: Sergio Santos pitched a scoreless inning in relief of starter Brandon McCarthy. Left-handers Adam Liberatore and Daniel Coulombe, and hard thrower Josh Ravin also tossed a scoreless inning each. Juan Nicasio pitched two innings and was charged with a run and two hits. Nicasio struck out three.

EXTRA BASES: Prospect Darnell Sweeney exited the game in the ninth inning after hurting his shoulder in a collision with Brewers first baseman Matt Clark. Sweeney said he thought the injury was minor, as did Manager Don Mattingly. “It sounded like he should be OK,” Mattingly said. … Carl Crawford, who fouled a pitch off his shin Saturday, was able to work out without any limitations. Following his scheduled day off Sunday, he is expected to be back in the lineup Monday.
