Football: De La Salle loses in Texas, 26-21
California prep football took it on the chin on Saturday night when Concord De La Salle was beaten in Texas by Trinity, 26-21, in a nationally televised game.
De La Salle couldn’t hold onto an early lead, lost the ball on fumbles and struggled with its tackling.
Antoine Custer had a brilliant 81-yard touchdown run in the second half trying to get De La Salle back into the game.
