Alan Purwin: In the Sept. 18 California section, the obituary of helicopter pilot and entrepreneur Alan Purwin, who died in a Colombian plane crash Sept. 11, said the plane took off from San Francisco de Antioquia. The plane took off from Santa Fe de Antioquia. Also, Carlos Berl, the other man killed in the crash, was a U.S. citizen, not a Colombian.
