Air traffic control: In the April 15 Business section, the graphic with an article about a proposal to privatize the nation’s air traffic control system showed the United Kingdom’s airspace as 11 million square miles. The correct number is 1.2 million square miles.

Disabled parking: In the April 14 California section, a photo caption with an article about a DMV crackdown on misuse of disabled parking placards said a family was being cited for using an out-of-state placard, which California does not recognize. California does recognize disabled parking placards from other states. According to the DMV, the driver of the family that was cited has lived in California for seven years and has a California driver’s license and vehicle registration, but was using a placard from Iowa that the DMV could not verify.
