Earthquake: 3.2 quake strikes near Pacoima
A magnitude 3.2 earthquake was reported Wednesday night about four miles from Pacoima, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The temblor occurred at 8:59 p.m. at a depth of about 5.4 miles.
According to the USGS, the epicenter was near Sylmar, about four miles from San Fernando and 14 miles northwest of Burbank.
Waves from the earthquake were felt across large swaths of Los Angeles County, including the Antelope Valley, Beverly Hills, Pasadena and the San Fernando Valley, according to the USGS.
