Vice President Joe Biden’s visit to Los Angeles on Monday probably won’t cause an #Obamajam, but will cause traffic congestion and related woes.

During Biden’s three-state trip, he is likely to make at least two stops in the Los Angeles area. Biden will be talking about jobs and clean technology at L.A. Cleantech Incubator in downtown Los Angeles with Mayor Eric Garcetti.

Later, Biden will attend a Democratic senatorial campaign fundraiser.
