UPS worker charged in sex assault case; LAPD seeks leads

Los Angeles police on Wednesday said detectives were seeking additional possible victims of a United Parcel Service worker charged with sexually assaulting two women.

Anthony Leroy Tinzly was charged on June 23 with 12 felony counts including rape, sodomy and kidnapping in connection with two sexual assaults in the South Los Angeles area, according to police.

“Both incidents involved underage female blacks,” Los Angeles Police Department officials said in a statement. “Detectives believe there may be additional victims.”

Tinzly drives a white 1995 Jeep Cherokee with the California license plate 6XZE700.

He was being held at the Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic in lieu of $2.67 million bail, according to online booking records.
