Woman’s body found in dirt field near her car in Riverside County
The dead body of a woman was found in a dirt field Monday in Riverside County, not far from her car, authorities said.
San Jacinto Police investigators found the body at about 6 p.m. in a field near the intersection of Esplanade Avenue and Juanita Street. The woman’s car was found nearby, authorities said.
A possible cause of death was not released, but the Riverside County sheriff-coroner has deemed it suspicious. An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday.
The woman’s name and age were not immediately released pending notification of next of kin.
