Numerous people were hospitalized Wednesday night in Boston following an incident at TD Garden arena during a show by the popular DJ Avicii.
According to the Associated Press, 36 people were taken to a hospital and up to 50 others were treated or evaluated at the scene.
The cause of the injuries was not immediately disclosed, but emergency medical service officials said there was no threat to public safety.
Deputy EMS Supt. Mike Bosse said the patients' symptoms were minor, and all appeared to be 16 to 25 years old, AP reported.
Bosse told the Boston Herald that many of the patients were intoxicated. AP reported that some concert-goers blamed the heat inside the arena.
