USC to play Villanova first in preseason basketball tournament
Under new Coach Andy Enfield, the USC men’s basketball team will play Villanova at 10 a.m. Pacific on Nov. 28 in the first round of the preseason Battle 4 Atlantis tournament in Paradise Island, Bahamas.
The Trojans will play either Kansas or Wake Forest in the second game Nov. 29, and any one of the four teams in the bottom half of the draw -- Tennessee, UTEP, Xavier and Iowa -- in the third game.
Former USC head coach Tim Floyd is now the head man at UTEP and J.T. Terrell transferred from Wake Forest to the Trojans and played his first season at USC last year.
