Boys’ basketball: Granada Hills loses three players

Granada Hills, expected to contend for a City Section Division I championship in boys’ basketball, has lost three players who decided to transfer.

Junior Michael Mensah has left for Ribet. Sophomore Kevin Fassu has gone to Westlake. And senior Brett Hurd has transferred to El Camino Real.

Fassu, who’s 6 feet 4, could be a big addition at Westlake.
