Boys’ basketball: Season debut for Ball brothers on Monday
Chino Hills, led by the Ball brothers, Lonzo and LiAngelo, will make its season debut on Monday in a first-round game of the Maranatha tournament in Pasadena. Chino Hills plays Highland at 5 p.m.
Westlake plays Canyon Springs at 3:30 p.m., Dorsey plays Pasadena at 6:30 p.m. and St. Francis plays Price at 8 p.m.
On Tuesday, the games are Oak Park vs. Leuzinger at 3:30 p.m.; Cajon vs. Alemany at 5 p.m.; Cantwell-Sacred Heart vs. Renaissance at 6:30 p.m. and Maranatha vs. St. Anthony at 8 p.m. It will be the debut of transfers Tyler Dorsey and Trevor Stanback at Maranatha.
Also beginning Monday is the Westchester tournament.
