Grant Hill to return to Suns next season
Grant Hill will return to the Phoenix Suns for next season after accepting a one-year contract offer from the team.
Hill, who turned 39 in October, will stay on for his 17th season, including his fifth in a row with the Suns. The deal is reportedly for $6.5 million.
Last season, Hill averaged 13.2 points.
The Suns also signed guards Sebastian Telfair and Shannon Brown to one-year contracts, and waived guard Vince Carter.
Carter played in 73 contests last season and averaged 13.5 points. He is reportedly being wooed by the Mavericks.
