Antonio Brown finished off a stellar night Sunday in a rather unique way.

Brown returned a punt 71 yards for his third touchdown of the night to give the Pittsburgh Steelers a 45-10 lead over the Indianapolis Colts with 4:01 remaining in the game.

But the star receiver wasn’t ready to stop when he reached the end zone. In fact, he didn’t slow down at all -- until he launched himself into the air and bounced right off the goal post.

Brown admitted after the game the celebration didn’t go exactly the way he’d envisioned it.

“I was full of excitement,” he said. “I tried to stick it at the goalpost, and it just didn’t work out.”

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger could be seen laughing on the sideline and later said, “it was slippier than he thought.”

But, Roethlisberger added, “AB is silly. I just don’t want him to get hurt.”

Coach Mike Tomlin did not see the humor in it, especially since Brown received a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct -- or as the official stated, “using the goalpost as a prop.”

“I’m sure we’ll rehash it and rehash it 1,000 times in the next six days and suck all the life out of it,” Tomlin said.
