Report: Zach LaVine to leave UCLA for the NBA
UCLA freshman guard Zach LaVine, 19, will make himself eligible for the NBA draft, ending his career with the Bruins after one season, the Daily News is reporting.
LaVine’s father, Paul LaVine, is the one who made the announcement.
“They love him,” Paul said, speaking about NBA scouts. “They’re picturing him at 22.”
LaVine averaged 9.4 points for the Bruins this season. UCLA’s season ended with a loss to Florida in the NCAA tournament on Thursday.
