USC’s Su’a Cravens was selected as one of 10 semifinalists for the Butkus Award, presented annually to college football’s top linebacker.

Cravens, a junior, has 50 tackles with 7 ½ for losses, has intercepted two passes and forced a fumble for the Trojans, who play Arizona on Saturday at the Coliseum.

Cravens made five tackles in USC’s 27-21 victory over California last Saturday at Berkeley. The victory improved the Trojans’ record to 5-3 overall and 3-2 in the Pac-12 Conference.
