USC’s defensive line will go against an experienced Arizona counterpart on Saturday.

The Wildcats feature seniors and juniors who have a combined 129 starts.

Trojans Coach Steve Sarkisian said the defensive line needs to step up.

“When it’s an obvious passing situation, we should be good enough to pin our ears back and go get the quarterback,” Sarkisian said, adding, “Third-and-longs, two-minute drills, end of games. That’s where I definitely want to see us improve.”

Leonard Williams in the only starting USC defensive lineman to record one of the Trojans’ eight sacks.

So USC is looking for more production from Antwaun Woods, Claude Pelon and Delvon Simmons.

Arizona’s has given up 11 sacks.
