WASHINGTON — The Justice Department said Wednesday that it has launched a criminal investigation into the recent cybertheft of more than 110 million Target customers' data, including the credit card numbers of 40 million Americans. "We are committed to working to find not only the perpetrators of these sorts of data breaches, but also any individuals and groups who exploit that data via credit card fraud," Atty. Gen. Eric H.
