Man gets life in prison for deadly 2009 Hollywood stabbing spree

A homeless man convicted of killing a man and wounding two others in a 2009 stabbing spree was sentenced Monday to life in prison. Domingo Linares Rodas, 58, was convicted in March of one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder, with the special allegations that he had been lying in wait and used a knife. On the afternoon of Aug. 6, 2009, Rodas stalked Keith Falin, also homeless, until they were outside the Music Box Theater on Hollywood Boulevard, authorities said.
