Am Shalom aims to provide political laughs, raise funds

Mark Eaton, one of the writers and performers of the Capitol Steps, a comedy group headquartered in the nation's capital, offered a funny – and perhaps realistic – take on the state of affairs in the Land of Lincoln and Washington DC. "If you can't laugh at politics, especially in Illinois, then all you can do is sit around and cry about it," Eaton joked.
