Giants sweep Athletics with 4-3 win Sunday

SAN FRANCISCO Hudson earned the win as the Giants capped a sweep of the A's with a 4-3 victory and, at age 40, now has at least one victory against all 30 major league teams. This was potentially his last chance to get it done against the A's, the franchise with which he won 92 games over first six big league seasons.
