Rain wasn't the only thing that put a damper on the Phoenix Open on Friday. The rowdiest event on the PGA Tour goes into Super Bowl weekend without Tiger Woods, who had the worst score of his career and missed the cut by 12 shots. Also gone is Phil Mickelson, who had his worst round on the TPC Scottsdale in six years. Martin Laird carried on nicely without them.
