Aleutians, Central Alaska Shaken by Earthquakes

Dozens of small earthquakes rattled the U.S. naval station on Adak Island in the Aleutian Island chain Wednesday, and a separate quake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale shook central inland Alaska and was felt 150 miles away in Fairbanks. None of the temblors caused damage or injuries, officials said.
