The Massachusetts Racing Commission is planning to review video tapes of the death of a harness race driver in a four-horse pileup at Foxboro Raceway, and state police have been assigned to the case.
Kenneth Heeney, 51, of Foxboro, was killed shortly after the start of the sixth race Saturday. Heeney was a veteran of 25 years of harness racing.
